The thermometer is Heavy duty for professional use and calibrated with accuracy meeting food hygiene requirements.
As the probe is so thin it gives rapid readings but, it requires careful handling as its not as strong as our standard RT24 probe
This model is supplied with:
- A detachable stainless steel food probe, 1.5mm diameter probe
The included Colour coded food labels - allow you to identify for Raw Fish, Raw Meat, Salad and Fruit, Dairy Products, Bakery Products, Cooked Meats, Vegetables

Certificate of calibration supplied for thermometer with the food probe ie a System Cert
The certificate of calibration we provide is "Traceable to National Standards"
Traceability info such as Calibration equipment, uncertainties, pass fail, corrections and results of the actual test is provided on the cert.
Each thermometer is individually calibrated and the results on the cert are for that individual product
